Outlook on Terminal Services: Cannot Login

Print this articlePrint this articleIf you are experiencing an issue in TS where Outlook continually asks you for your password without ever letting you login, you may need to change your TS Outlook profile to the correct setting.
  1. Open the mail configuration utility from the Windows Start Menu.

  2. Click on the “Show Profiles” button.

  3. If your startup profile is listed as “Outlook,” under where it says “Always use this profile,” you need to change it to “TS Outlook Profile.” When the change is made, click the “Apply,” then click the “OK” button. Start Outlook and login as you normally would.
