After logging into the Qualtrics Service, either create a new survey or choose an existing survey to edit. You are in the edit interface when the "Edit Survey" tab is active. Under the "Edit Survey" tab, there are several icons, the first of which is "Look and Feel". Click on the "Look and Feel" icon will open the theme options for your survey.
The "Look and Feel" dialog shows a preview of your survey. Above the preview, on the left, is the Theme Menu. To the right are Theme Options organized under the tabs "General", "Fonts", "Colors", and "Advanced". To apply the College Brand to your theme:
- Click on the Theme Menu. This will open a display of all the available themes. Select the "Plain Jane" theme.
- Click on the tab for "Advanced" Theme Options. Paste the following URL into the text box for "External CSS": https://www.college.columbia.edu/sites/default/files/cc_qualtrics.css
- Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the dialog.
You can see the application of the College brand on your theme by clicking the "Preview Survey" icon under the "Edit Survey" tab.
