Your individual profile and departmental directories are a part of a larger, shared network space. This storage is finite. This article is meant to guide you in reducing your profile size by finding and deleting large files.
Often large files, or a large number of smaller files, accumulate over time. If such files are a result of incidental personal use, please remove them as soon as possible. Movie clips, music files, and images are examples of material that often occupy the most space. If these files are work-related, and still relevant, please consider moving them to the O: drive.
